This aircraft is a clean, original Mooney 201 with great maintenance based at KPTK (Pontiac, MI) that can be purchased at a bargain price. Engine has 1600 and is running strong with 400 hours left. Always Mid-West based with complete logs.

Tanks resealed in 1987.

Gear-Up in 2001. Engine was disassembled and inspected with all engine steel parts magnafluxed by Ly-Con Aviation and crankcase was dye penitrant inspected. Engine was reassembled using new parts (gasket set, bolt, rod bearing, rod bolt, rod nut, rollers, plate, circlip, main bearings, pston cooling nozzle, pin plug, drain hose, mag drive cushion. Replaced propeller with new prop, replaced three bulkheads and five skins on belly. Replaced nose gear doors and misc. antennae.
