Description:
This is one of the most desirable versions of the Lancair series aircraft. It features the comfortable 4-place cabin the IV is famous for plus has the economy and simplicity of a non-pressurized normally aspirated aircraft. Performance is spectacular with a 220 knot cruise speed at 10,000 feet plus a 2000 foot per minute climb rate. Range is well over 800 nautical miles at normal cruise speed with plenty of fuel reserve.
Cooler running temperatures result in significantly longer engine and cylinder life with the normally aspirated IO-550 compared to the TSIO-550. The engine is easier to work on as well, without the additional congestion from the plumbing and components required for a turbocharged/intercooled installation. The quality of fit and finish on N610J will please the most discriminating Lancair buyer. The gaps are tight and uniform; the cabin and baggage doors open and close without effort. The paint job is a work of art reflecting countless hours of attention to detail. The entire finish is clear-coated for incredible gloss and smoothing of the trim edges. Equal effort went into the interior which is features all leather seating and sidewalls. The carpeting is a color-coordinated medium brown. Each of the 4 headrests has the Lancair logo embroidered on the leather. Safety restraints are black with satin finished buckles. This is a must-see Lancair IV!! MAKE OFFER / WILL CONSIDER A36 BONANZA, 206, or B58 BARON TRADE! |
