This nice 414A is being sold for a small company who is not actively operating the aircraft. The decision has been made to sell it. We are the exclusive agent representing the seller, who has owned this aircraft since 1997. The paint was just applied by Sky Harbor in April 2009. Interior has the 421 executive seating arrangement which was replaced with light grey leather seats, medium grey carpet in 2004. Aircraft is known ice certified with glass windshield, just a few minor patches on the boots, factory air conditioning, aft potty / seat with privacy curtain, hangared, complete logs and useful load of 1938 lbs.
