INTERIOR STYLING PROCESSBUYER will have the opportunity to select one of SIX GULFSTREAM Select Interior Layout Plans ..A. Hallmark, the Executive, or the Universal B. Forward or Aft GalleysC. Or a Custom Interior by selecting or relocating approved furniture groupings from select Gulfstream Interior floor plans to create a Gulfstream Tailored Interior at no additional charge. ..With any of these floor plans, BUYER will have the ability to select woods/wood veneers, switch plating, leathers, fabrics, and carpet to be installed in accordance to Gulfstream allowances. In the event that GULFSTREAM and BUYER agree to customize the interior (at a cost to the BUYER of $250,000.00 plus line item charges) by including options, equipment or an interior configuration for the Aircraft that are not provided for in the Interior Description nor are offered within the Gulfstream Tailored Interior, then the Total Purchase Price, Scheduled Quarter for Outfitted Delivery, as well as the Gulfstream Completion Facility will be adjusted accordingly. BUYER understands that custom interiors are not done at all Gulfstream Facilities, therefore the selection of a custom interior, made after the initial contract signing, may result in the change of completion facility and an impact to the delivery schedule. One half of the price of all such changes is due within thirty (30) days of BUYERS approval of the associated Work Change Request (WCR) documenting those changes. ..IF, BUYER, fails to complete the selection of the interior layout before JANUARY 13, 2010 then BUYER agrees the GULFSTREAM may either (1) adjust the Scheduled Delivery Date and the Aircraft Serial Number to account for the BUYERS delay, or (2) outfit the Aircraft in GULFSTREAM’S demonstration aircraft configuration as may be in effect from time to time with an adjustment to the Total Purchase Price. The Aircraft will not include any components or equipment to the extent that doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations, or government interpretations thereof. ..
