Except for payment and indemnification obligations, neither party is liable for failure or delay resulting from a condition beyond the reasonable control of the party, including without limitation to acts of God, government, terrorism, natural disaster, labor conditions and power failures. Furthermore, Aircraft Sales World is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Sites.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you will not hold accountable (Aircraft Sales World and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from, and agree not to assert as against us, claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. You will not hold Aircraft Sales World responsible for the use of specific logo’s, artwork, materials for the generation/execution of marketing, where permission has been made, implied or granted to Aircraft Sales World for that specific purpose. Acknowledgement of rights of ownership, trademarks and copyrights of said materials will be displayed where applicable if necessary and all copyright laws apply to said materials.
